Hi, I am going to start SF tomorrow and have stocked up on shakes, meal bars and choc snack bars. I would like to know if homemade soups can be substituted for SF ones. My favs are butternut squash and carrot and veg soups. As these contain nothing but veggies and stock can they be used instead?

You can use them towards you snacks and dinner calorie allowance but not instead of slimfast products as the nutritional content won't be the same.

With SF it's important do do what it says on the tin; there are no "alternatives" i'm afraid.

    Good luck
