Homemade sushi??

I love rolling my own veggie sushi, and the only syns in it wold be the nori sheets, unless they're syn free. The book says seaweed is synfree but i'm not sure about the nori.

Is Nori (the seaweed sheets) syn free or does anyone know the syns in it, please? I get it from the oriental supermarket and the brand is not in english. It's called Roasted Seaweed Sushi Nori.

The nutritional info is:

Per serving (3gr):
Calories = 10
Total fat = 0g
carbohydrate= 1g
Dietary fibre = 1g
Protein = 1g

I'm guessing from this it's going to be syn free, but i'd like to make sure.

Thanks in advance.

if the info above is for 100g then it is free on all plans if its for the 3g serving then its 1/2 syn on all plans

Hi,
I don't understand, so its syned if you only have a little bit ?

No honey, if those values were for 100g then it would be free as the cals would be so low for 100gr, but because it's for 3gr then there is 1/2 syn because the cals are for 3g.

Thanks Metrognome.
