Homemade sushi

I would like to make my own homemade sushi using veg and chicken (no fish, thanks!). I've found this on Syns Online:

Yutaka, Sushi Nori, Roasted Natural Seaweed Sheets, dried, 11g pack

Is that a standard syn value for nori? Is there a syn free way of making sushi?

I had the same query as yourself so i got a little kit like this http://i00.i.aliimg.com/photo/v2/112440678/Plastic_sushi_mold_L_size.jpg and I make it without nori. Pretty easy just assemble it all and squish
