I've had a go at the 20 cals is one syn, but I don't know how much I'm having.....
Getting a bit stuck....
Can anyone help..... I'm very confused!
It should be easy to work out the syns using 20 calories though - the label should give info per 100g. Work that out then multiply by 5 to get the whole jar or by 2.5 for half the jar
