honey and mustard dressing

hi ladies can you help?
Ive done a calculation on this dressing but i don't trust my results.
its a 250g bottle of less than 2% H&M dressing by the english provender co.

id love to know what a tablespoon syn value is.

EPC Honey & Mustard Dressing, 98.5% Fat Free, 1 level tbsp 1

All this stuff is 1 syn per 20 calories. A Tablespoon is 15ml. According to their website 100ml is 111kcal so 15ml would be 16.65 so 1 syn - which is exactly what you get on the syns online.
