Thought i'd start a food diary with what i have every week, maybe give some meal ideas.
I am not always totally by the book, but have found it works.

every week i have 1 HEA and 2 HEB each day. and being vegetarian i am on GREEN all the time.

I have 250ml semi skimmed milk every other day as HEA ( i use half on day 1 cereal and the rest on day 2) so i have day 2's HEA for cheese normally
I have cereal each day as HEB ( i have fruit and fibre which i dont think is strictly on the list and i also have a bowlful, so more than you are meant to have, but i am now trying to maintain not lose)
I have spoon of honey on my cereal 2 syns a day.

This weeks lunch's are ( i can go home for lunch so can cook a lunch)
M veg Frittata with potato wedges FREE + HEA cheese
T Jacket potato with beans and cheese FREE + HEB Cheese
W Quorn ham, egg and SW chips - FREE
TH Roast tomato and chilli pasta FREE
F French Onion soup and bread FREE and HEB for 3 slices nimble
S SW Spaghetti Cabonarra ( veggi version with Quorn ham) FREE + HEA cheese
$ Jacket potato beans and cheese FREE and HEA cheese

This weeks Dinners
M Spaghetti cabonara ( with added veggies this one( out of feast for a fiver book) FREE + HEB cheese
T Quorn Sausage caserole FREE
W Prawn cakes with stir fry and noodles 1 syn+ HEB prawns
TH Quorn Beef Mole with rice - 1syn
F Cheesy Quorn chicken with potato Rosti and veggies FREE + HEA
S Pizza ( yes Pizza! ) with potato wedges and salad 5 syns and HEA cheese
$ SW Fish and chips and mushy peas 1syn and HEB fish

M French toast with berries 5 syns
T Vodka chocolate and raspberry mousse 3 syns
W Fruit, meringue nest and yogurt 2.5 syns
TH SW bread and butter pudding 5.5 syns
F SW Rice pudding with jam 3 syns
S Jelly and fruit- negligible
$ Rhubarb fool - 4.5syns
