So..... I have taken the plunge and ordered so thought I had better start a diary.

I have been doing sw for just over a year and have lost just under 3 stone. I was happy doing sw until September last year when I kind of stopped losing. Since then I have only lost about 9lbs and I am still 19lbs to target.

After a lot of research and discussions with the oh including one in which it was suggested I may be anorexic!!! (My bmi is still 26 so not sure where they came from) o have decided to try s n s. I plan on doing the tfr as I can't control portion size after been on sw for so long.

I only want to be on this for a maximum of 6 weeks. Hopefully less and in that time .om hoping my mind catches up with me cos at the moment I couldn't be more disgusted when I look in the mirror.

I look forward to hearing from you all as I have been reading your diaries for a while.

My packs are due to come tomorrow so depending what time they come I will either start tomorrow or Wednesday.

Hey hun

Good luck with the plan :) A short stint may just shake things up for you and get things moving!! I'm going to be on plan for another 12-19 weeks...so a long haul for me

Keep checking in, you will be at goal in no time :) xx
 
Right I'm ready!!! Weighed in this morning at 10stone 2 so that's my starring point!

Just gonna go get dressed then make my first shake :)
 
Right day one done with :)

1.crispy chocolate shake
2.chicken soup
3.chocolate shake
4.spicy spaghetti with my veg

Loved very single one and only time I've been hungry was just before dinner when I went up to staff room :)

Really happy and looking forward to tomorrow x
 
Day 2 done though I did find out your not supposed to have chewing gum, even sugar free n I had some :-(

1. Crispy chocolate shake
2. Chicken soup
3. ChillI
4. Chocolate shake

Also done 20 mins of yoga and 1 hour burlesque class x
 
Oh don't panic about the gum, I think it's more that it might make you hungry and trigger cravings rather than stalling weight loss.
 
I may have to investigate to see if there's a class near me, maybe I'll make that my 2 stone lost goal!
 
Yesterday was shocking. I was all good up until dinner then everyone at work was having fish and chips. After that all I was craving was fish n chips so
1.chocolate shake
2.veg soup

Then I had a wispa, 1/3 portion of fish n chips n beans on toast later on. Stupid stupid stupid!!!!!!!!

Totally back on it today though as the scales r showing I have lost 3.5lbs since Wednesday x
 
Just thought I'd say hello am in week one too. Just a tiny blip and all part of the learning curve. You'll feel great at the end of a good day today.

Today I have been so good :)

1.chocolate shake
2.dark chocolate truffa bar. OMG where have they been all my life. Wish I had known bout them last night. It would have stopped the binge!
3.chocolate shake, make very thick like angel delight
4.spaghetti mmmmm

As you can tell from this I am a total chocoholic but if I can loose weight and still get my fix it's win win!!

Great to hear you're feeling better! I tried the dark choc truffa last night, they're amazing aren't they?!

Proper. I've just been online n ordered more!! I only got 1 cos I wasn't sure whether they had nuts in or not but they don't x
