Horrible day..

Had to go away on business with the boss and stayed overnight at a hotel. So we had to have dinner to discuss the meeting so had to have something..

I ended up ordering courgette and aubergine slices without any sauce and just roasted and some salad. Was the smallest plate ever, but still feel terrible about it picture below, but it was the size of a slightly larger bread plate..

That sounds like a tough day but look at it this way, you could have fallen face first in to carbs & had a proper pig out. I reckon you made a good food choice, the portion looks okay, and you're back on the wagon!

Try not to beat yourself up, and tomorrow is another day xx

Don't worry Hun, you made a good choice. My family always get together every Sunday for lunch and I felt like I couldn't not participate so I just had veg and chicken and I still had a really good loss this week.
Today is a new day, keep the past in the past and keep looking forward x

Thanks guys... Looked at a menu full of burgers, pizza and other very yummy fatning food items.. This originally had goats cheese on it, but was strong and asked for it without cheese and without any sauce.. And the boss had like the biggest burger with extra cheese ever..
