Horseradish sauce?

Do any of you fellow S&S fans know if we can have a drop of horseradish sauce?

I love this mashed in cauliflower, makes a great mashed potatoe substitute.

Well, you could have it... but it's not on plan. Most have citric acid and sugar in them but look on the nutrional info and see, it it isn't much and it will improve your likelihood of staying on the diet then it might be worth it?

Deffo worth having a teaspoon full in a cauliflower, gives it a fab taste and helps bind it so its more mash like, very yummy. Will look at labels though. Xx
