Horses and ss

I have two horses and seven dogs and although I found I was tired in the first couple of weeks I had no trouble looking after/walking/riding every week throughout the diet. I lost about 6 stones in 5 months and the horses/dogs are really benefiting now -in fact the horses (ex racehorses) think they now have a jockey on them and I feel wonderful. I have maintained my weight for over a year and feel so much healthier and happier for it - so it was worth it. Good luck xx

Hi how are you getting on? I have horses, two of my own and one of a friends I look after. I'm currently on juddd, so alternate between a normal day and a day of 480-500 cals. I don't exercise on my low day, but still of course have the horses to do (poo pick, mucking out etc etc) and the kids to sort out, so quite busy and I've been finding it fine.
