well i joined last week and had first wi yesterday and lsot 5lbs so here i go again for this week! as i do green i can have 2 HEA and 2HEB

B: melon strawberry pineapple

L: batchelors pasta and sauce broccoli and cheese made with water

hea: 375skimmed milk

tea: hmm not sure yet, probably quorn lamb grill, sweetcorn and rice

snacks:
5 true free crackers (HEB) and 60g Kerry Low Low Mature Cheddar Spread with Red Pepper & Chilli (mmmmmmmmmmmmmm)
pickled onions
hi fi delux HEB
cadbury cremee egg 9syns
melon strawberries and pineaple
 
Next bday!!!
Brekie- heb ready brek& ryvita with hea milk

Lunch - free lentil Dahl

Tea- jacket pot with cheese hea

Snacks
Hi fi bar
Strawberry melon pineapple
Cadbury Creme egg
 
Wow 5lb for your first WI is brilliant. Well done :D I'm a veggie too and like having a nosey at other veggies diaries! Good luck with your 2nd week! Have to say it doesn't look like you're eating an awful lot, maybe add in some extra veg or salad where you can?x
 
Good going on losing 5lbs horseypie! how much are you looking to lose in the long run? I'm a veggie too, having 4 HEXs is amazing! All the cheese!
