Hot Shakes

I expect you all already know this but tonight I had the Vanilla shake hot and
loved it.

On TS shakes only and a hot change is very nice in my opinion, it tasted sweeter. Hot chocolate tomorrow night for day 6, try it.

Keep it up all and prove the doubters wrong!

Lol no worries it's prob my poor grammar too. Give a hot shake a go, but if you use a shaker to mix dont. I wasted half of mine across the kitchen when it steamed up while shaking.

I blame the lack of cals for my stupidness.

I did exactly the same and i was on day one so can't blame the lack of cals

I've tried hot chocolate with sweetener, It's lovely.

Will do. I'm fancying adding a little coffee to the vanilla to see if it resembles a frappe.

It does add loads of ice cubes as well ... makes two drinks rather than one its delicious x
