I mix the shake powder with water to make a nice smooth paste - just in the mug I am going to drink from.

Then I add the hot, not boiling, water gradually, stirring well to prevent lumps

I do my soups the same way!

    Enjoy!

Just had my shake the warm vanilla with cinnamon. what is that about. Wouldn't say it was unbearable but did not live up to my expectations. Was hoping for McDonalds vanilla milkshake. blah

Have you had a go at making a thickshake yet?

I mix the pack with ice cold water to get it to the consistencey where I can blitz in some ice. Bingo, thickshake more in keeping with the McDonalds you were thinking about. :)

I think they all work for why not try it with your favourite first.

I also like to add a touch of mix a mousse to make a thick shake but without the ice. :)
