Hot Tetras

I am sure you can think ruining the nutrients, how do you mix half tetra/half water - how long in microwave

Hi -- I was told by my CDC to pour half a tetra in a cup. Then boli the kettle, let it cool a bit (no longer at boil but still hot) and add about the same amount of water as mix. She said to NOT microwave them as it destroys the nutrients.

when i do it i normaly do 1 brik and 100ml of slightly cooled bolied water....yummy! x

I pour boiling water into mine, is that wrong then??
