I make my own!

one can of chick peas, one red pepper and 2 garlic cloves. Cook the peppers til softned and blend it all together with a tiny bit of water to a smooth paste.

Thats my lunch today sorted! Carrot sticks WILL be chopped. Mmmmmm. My local farm shop sells smoked garlic bulbs too to I hope that will add some interest.
