Had this for lunch today, from Tesco... Went through the self service so I could weigh it it was 70g, I can't find any info on whether or not I can count it as a HExB + some syns or just as syns, can someone help? I no longer have access to the SW site, I didn't realise it would be such a pain

I don't think u can count it as a HEb as it is seeded unfortunately. Did it have any nutritional info anywhere for it, if not try somewhere like calorie king which will give u an approximate idea and you can then use 20 calories = 1 syn to work out total syns. It has no free food allowance so that is accurate.

No wayyy It definitely wasn't worth those 8.5 syns, poooo I guess I still have both my HExBs to use then, hahaha...
