Hovis Wheatgerm

Hiya,

I went to the shop earlier and picked up what i thought was Hovis Wholemeal. It wasnt until I got home and ate two slices I realised it was Hovis Wheatgerm

Can anyone tell me if this can be used as a HEXB? Or can I use it as a HEXB and add a couple of syns on top?
