How can I think positive?

Yeah, it's a healthy meal Nicki - as long as you didn't go massively overboard on the spaghetti, and didn't serve yourself enough to fill a small family, you'll be fine :).

When I'm cooking something from scratch, I sometimes find it useful to calculate how many calories/fat grammes are in the whole thing, and then divide it my how many portions I'm making. That way I KNOW that it's just as healthy as a Weight Watchers meal, or whatever else I would normally have, rather than just having the vague idea that it's 'healthy'.

I think its just a mind game thingy IYKWIM lol When you have say a WW meal you know exactly how many cals are in it. How ever when you make something from scratch you are a bit blind to how many cals are in there! I know that kirra doesnt count cals she just makes sure the food is in the Xenical rules and watches her portion sizes!

So like Alex has said its totally fine to have that as long as you didnt have a huge portion!
