Thanks little one! Yes it's still going good! I have lost nearly a stone since I started and have surprised myself how easy it has been.

I have even accepted an invite to my brothers on Christmas Day (he knows about the op) as I felt so sorry for hubby not having a proper dinner. I think the trick is not to feel sorry for yourself. This is something I am choosing to do to enable me to have a fab new life ahead of me!!

We adopted a rescue dog last january so this will be his first Christmas in a real home - I'm very excited but he doesn't know what all the fuss is about!!

Mine is looking at the pile of presents in a very quizzical fashion but has managed to restrain himself from jumping on them (too much).
