So, alot of the time my boyfriend and i like to have lunch out. Just because we can. This is either one of two places;
Pizza hut buffet OR morrisons cafe.
Now, at the pizza hut buffet, i know that i can use the salad bar. Fill myself up on stuff that isnt REALLY bad for me and thats okay. Also, when we go to morrisons i make use of the "salad bar" instead of eating something that the cafe.
What i want to know is, how the hell am i meant to guess at how many calories this all is?
I mean, at pizza hut, i can have X amount of Cous cous with lots of leafyness, a spoon of pasta, carrots and some sauce of some sort. And i usually count this as around 400 calories. But i dont know!
How do you guys cope with this?
