How do I remedy this?

    Diet:
    Slimming World
    I had a blip at lunchtime, hubby made lunch and i didnt have the heart to refuse!

    So far I've eaten today:

    2x White Baps with ham and 1 tsp mayo
    1 x pkt seabrooks Crisps
    1 x Muller


    I make that at least 30 syns!! I could cry I have been so good all week!

    If I just free food for the rest of the day and don't Syn tomorrow ill I be ok?

    Don't panic, this happens to everyone at some point.
    You could do as you say - just have free foods and your heb/hea for the rest of today and cut back on syns tomorrow IF YOU CAN.
    Tomorrow is Sunday though so you might need syns then if you're anything like me. If it's too difficult to cut back on syns then just chalk it up to experience and carry on with the plan as though nothing has happened. That's the best way to long term success.
