how do i start a diary,

hiya im Caroline 26, mother to 1 daughter. i been on mini mins for a while i have been looking through the threads from time to time.
i started slimming world two weeks ago, been doing the extra easy plan
i lost 4lb first week and then 1 pound the second week. weigh in on Friday.
i want to do a diary to keep me on track and so people can help me along the way and maybe i can help give people ideas on food.

how do i start a thread on my food i eat daily and also log the weight difference.?

Hi Caroline - you can just use this thread as your diary, I don't see why not!

Well done on your weight loss so far and good luck for your weigh in on Friday, I'll keep popping in to see how you're doing :)
 
If you click on 'User CP' which is on the left hand side of the blue bars near the top of the page this will give you a list of all the threads you have posted on or are subscribed to :)

Breakfast and lunch as was late eating

bacon free
egg free
tomatoes s free
beans free
mushrooms s free
banana s free


dinner

veggie pasta bake topped with cheddar cheese {hea} {free and s free}
new pots roasted in frylight free
chicken thigh skinless free

veggie pasta bake is
red and green pepper, mushrooms, red onion, peas, sweetcorn, leek,mixed with tomato soup sauce {beans and passata blended together} and topped with cheddar cheese {30g hea}

2 aplen light bars {heb}

can you help me is this ok for a extra easy day. x
