How do I work this

Say I am 14 st 1 lbs (i wish) and lose 2.5lbs.
What will my weight be?

Is it 13 st 12.5lbs or 13 st 13.5lbs

13st 12.5lbs you would be if you lost 2.5 lbs

yep there is 14lbs in a stone, so lose 1lb off 14 stone and 1lbs and you would be 14 stone, lose another 1.5 lbs and that takes you to 13 stone 12.5lbs.

Thanks everyone! My club 10 is 13st 12 so just trying to work out a plan of action lol.

My plan of action is to concentrate on each half stone celebrating by buying myself something new to wear or a salon treatment! And I get so excited when I near the next stone down! Mini targets make it seem easier and more obtainable for me

Yeah I have a 7lb a month challenge. Got 12lbs to go to get club 10

ive been doing this since last oct but strayed a little off track for 6 weeks over xmas but am back now and have finally got my club ten but because i rejoined slimming worlds say i still have 6lbs to go but ah well its off anyway
