Please can someone help?
I,ve just had chicken breast (skinless) cooked in foil in oven.It was 139g when cooked.Now in my ww book it tells me 120g grilled is 4pp so how do i point up the difference?Ie 19g.:(:( Thanks.
 
best thing to do in future is point it raw. then you know the points however you cook it.

technically if you foil cook it, it retains more juice / fat than if you grill it. however if you are pointing it as grilled then 120g = 4pp, so 30g is 1pp. So you would count it as 5 to be safe.
