If your starting weight was 224, 10% (or a tenth) of that is 22lb. To get a very rough calculation just take off the last digit (4) so for example if your starting weight was 283, 10% is 28lb... Ive probably confused you even more now lol

So when you have lost 22lb and your weight is 202lb (14st 6lb) you will have lost 10% of your starting weight.
