How do you control ketosis breath??

llo All,

I was wondering what coping strategies you all have for stinky breath???

I had to meet my new boss today - and took some toothpaste with me to rub on my teeth!! I am not sure if this is allowed on the diet??? I also look quite silly carrying around a pump action toothpaste in my handbag!!

So I wondered what everyone else uses, being as mints and chewing gum is not allowed.

boots sell mouth spray, its only about £1.50 and it lasts long and is small x x

Listerine do some breath freshening strips, they used to be really easy to get in tescos but I can't find them now, online they're still widely available, I just bought a load off ebay!

Me too...think my breath could drop a rhino at 50 yards sometimes!! The Boots breath spray works for me too.

I do use sugar free gum just for a burst of freshness have a chew for a minute then spit out (so it doesnt make me hungry)
