How do you know when your in Ketosis?

Day 3, feel fab, why dont i feel poo? (ive read alot of peeps feeling poo)

its not been hard in the slightest except headaches since day 1 at night time only?

sooo, how will i know if im in Ketosis?

i dont get it, im not complaining, lol - just wondering why i feel good? lol.
