Hi all,
Bit of a strange question but as time passes by, I start to wonder if when I get to goal, I'll be happy there?
I'm currently the smallest I've ever been in my adult life and although I'm glad of the progress I've made, I can't imagine what it feels like to be satisfied at a weight... I've made my goal weight 11 stone/155lb just because it's at the top of the ideal BMI scale, however I've no idea if I'll actually want to stop there.
Does anyone have experience of this? How did you know when you were at the 'right weight' for you?
Sorry if this seems a bit of a strange question, I'm just curious.
