How do you not feel deprived?

I'm an ex-WW'er, and I feel far less deprived on SW!!

I only started last Friday, but I like to save my syns. I don't really use any during the day at all, and then I have a chocolate bar after my dinner. I had a whole Crunchie last night, and it stops me feeling deprived at all.

Today I have had:

Breakfast: easiyo plain yoghurt with strawberries and banana

Snack: Alpen Light (HeB)

Lunch: Cottage Cheese, ham, Boiled egg & Salad (Salad had pickled red cabbage in it, which spices it up a bit!)

Snack - Alpen Light bar (HeB)

Dinner: SW Quiche (with HeA - Parmesan on top), 1/2 SW Chips & 1/2 Celeriac Chips & more salad, with some balsamic vinegar. Will have a little bit of ketchup Synned.

Then I still have most of my syns left for some choccie!

No deprivation at all!
 
Good luck with the WI! I follow green so maybe not too helpful, but today I have had:

B - Shreddies and milk (HEX A & B) and apple slices
S - 2 Alpen Light (HEX B)
L - Basmati rice with quorn and mushy pea curry
D - wholewheat spaghetti with bolognese made with asda meat free mince and 28g cheese on the top (HEX A)

It is not typical that I wouldnt use ANY syns (I like to have gravy, salad cream, extra light mayo etc) but it does mean I have some for some yumminess later this evening :D
