Someone posted a recipe yesterday for nacho type crisps made from lasagne sheets, I tried them last night but although that parts free I had to spray quite a bit of Frylight when they were in the oven so how many sprays are classed as 1/2 or 1 syn (or more...)??

The reason is . . pasta is free when cooked and eaten as a meal but it is unlikely, that if you had 4 sheets of cooked pasta in the fridge, you wouldn't have eaten them all as a snack. You are changing the way pasta is meant to be eaten. We would all be munching on walkers baked crisps otherwise, after all they are just potatoes lol xx

This is a debate that rumbles on, if it doesn't affect your weight loss then count them as free, if it does - syn them (or don't have them!)

It's about changing habits really, same with chick pea "peanuts".
