I started out with treats every stone lost - the first one was A LOT of treats! :D Lots of bath products, butters, oils, lotions and potions - some nice coffee and a tiny pair of really cute pink cotton pajamas that would not fit me until the end of the diet. Which I happily started wearing about a month ago! Now they are too big - but so so comfy I still wear them! :)

Then - I never got a second stone treat - because I started going to charity shops instead - once or twice a month I would hit may favourit 3 - stock up on too small clothes. Then every week I tried things on and watched them get closer and closer to fitting until they did. THat was so completely satisfying for me - it really spurred me along.

Now I just shop like an alcoholic drinks. Something me thinks me needs to address :D

DO what ever works for you!! A manicure now and then is a great idea!
