How 'easy' is CS?

    Hiya. I'm really interested in giving CS a go. I have tried the cambridge diet twice which i didn't last more than a week on and slimming world,(about 6 times) which i always get bored on.

    How are people finding the diet? Is it filling you. Also can anyone tell me exactly what it consists of and how it works?. I've got about 2 stone to lose but my will power is pants to say the least.

    Hiya, i have to say I'm finding this diet really easy, it basically consists of shakes as meal replacements but I buy the shakes, meal replacement bars and the soups for a bit of variety and then you can have 3 snacks throughout the day (has to be low carb) and your main meal (low carb also) so you are eating quite a fair bit but still losing!
    I have to say tho this is my 3rd week from today and its only in the past few days I haven't felt hungry between shakes, I wasn't absolutely starving but the hunger was there, but now my body's got used to the change I'm not even having all my snacks as i'm not hungry for them, oh and you have to drink 2ltrs of water a day if you can, and not too much alcohol :( x

    I have tried CS twice. It is quite easy to follow, the shakes are really yummy. However because you can't have any carbs I felt quite hungry sometimes and had quite a few cravings for bread and pasta.

    I've done cambridge but the shakes were foul, made me sick but i'll quiet happily drink cs shakes, can't wait to try the new flavours. I did miss carbs though and i didn't help myself by carb binging before i started, this time i'm limiting carbs until i start.
