As for a time frame. You can't have one, as it's impossible to tell. There are too many variables, such as how depleted your glycogen is, how much dietary fat one eats in the binge, whether exercise is done before or after, what sort of food composition you ate during the days before.
Excess cals (after all other processes), do usually go to fat, and often very quick, but in other cases, it can take days, even possibly weeks.
