ive got about 6 stone to lose and i was wondering how long it took people to lose their weight.... and also did you refeed at all or did you do the whole thing from start to finish. ive gotta have an operation in may so i know i'll have to go on refeed for that but i was just wondering.... it seems like a few people do 12 weeks and then refeed. although it was WI day today and it went ok, im really struggling of how far away my goal seems to be... the light at the end of the tunnel is invisible to me at the moment. :(

You can do this and lose most of your weight before your surgery. If are 100% TFR you will average a stone a month and a little more on your first month. So by the end if April you will easily have knocked off over three stone. You don't have to break after twelve weeks but it is up to you. Take it a day at a time, set some mini goals for yourself and this will help keep you on track. TFR is great for fast results and for breaking old habits. Good luck on your journey!

Gosh, I totally know how you feel at the moment. It feels really daunting having so much to lose doesn't it :( I'm sure we can do it though, and this is definitely the diet to get us to our goal quicker than most. One day at a time is excellent advice, and what I'm trying to do - hour by hour this past couple of days if honest - but even so, it's sometimes easier said than done. I'm just focussing at the moment on Monday's weigh in and a hopeful loss of around 3lb. That's my mini goal for now. Can't see past that yet. It's hard sometimes :-/

We can do it though! :D

    xx
