not long......em.....suppose it depends on your body. Probably about 20 mins to a few hours, suppose it would depend on how much carbs you've eaten and how fast your body processes it.......
Thanks, I had chicken noodle soup today with a piece of wholemeal bread (stopped doing CD today) and tested before out of curiosity and the strip was still pink!
