Try some green tea - its a natural diuretic (sp?) and I find when I have a cup I go to the toilet several times within the following hour.

And if you don't like green tea on its own then try one with a fruit flavour, I use green tea with lemon and I add a couple of sweeteners to make it palatable.

And I have a friend that swears by lemon water - she roughly chops 3 or 4 lemons and pours a couple of litres of boiling water over them and drinks it once its cooled.
Thanks for the tips- am going to make some lemon water up now!
