How many activity points you earn for...

hey guys i aint got a activity book sos was wondering how many points you earn for hoovering your house for 20 mins!! at high! where ya r sweating!!

and for doin house work like - folding clothes takin em out machine bringing up stairs at a speed lol:8855: basically cleaning out a press etc! bascially what type of house work chores earn you how many points!

and running up and down the stairs for 15 mins earn you! 5 min bursts through out the day! etc

Yea i need a lil help to...im a domestic in a hospital and clean ALOT for 4 hours each night...thats got to be worth something?
