2 thin slices of beef, all the veg, 1 yorkshire pud and 2 roasties?

    Anyone got an idea?

On myfitnesspal, the closest I can find says only 250  is that about right?

It depends on what you had and how it was cooked - When I have something similar where I have no clue on calories I type in all the individual componants of the meal into one of the online calorie counter thingies. I don't know if you're using one but there's quite a few atm I'm trialing perfect diet tracker (which I like but would prefer not to pay lol), and also quite like foodfocus.co.uk. I've found both of these through this site. Once you've typed the parts in then all you need to do is look at the total :)
