How many calories should i be having?

There is a thread (I think it's pinned?) at the top of the list which gives the formula for working out how many calories you should have a day, takes into account your exercise levels etc.

Hi, I think that mfp doesn't like anyone to go under 1200 per day. The formula will help you to work it out. I'm going to go and work mine out, see if it matches what mfp says as it all depends upon height, weight and activity levels. MFP says I can have 1280 a day in order to lose 1lb per week and I'm 5ft2.
