how many dairylea light triangles for a HE?

Can anyone tell me please? I have searched on here,and looked in my book but can't see anything about these,only dairylea original triangles I've had 2 in a bread roll for dinner and really hoping I won't have to syn them. xx

Well they are 1.5 syns each so I reckon it will be 4 for a HEA.

Hey, I just looked on the website.. it says that it is 3 x 17.5g Original Dairylee triangles.. but doesn't have light ones, sorry
