How many eggs?

I know eggs are free but surely there are guidelines on what's a healthy amount in one week? I'm going to google it now, but thought someone on here might be able to help from a SW point of view.

That cholesterol thing is all rubbish. Just don't cook em using lard and you'll be fine. ;-)

I've heard of "lardy hips" but never lardy eggs, urgh, the thought of it lol.
