how many extra points if you exercise?

    hi im starting tomorrow and just wandered where you can find out how many extra points you can add if you do exercise. also i just wanted to confirm that breastfeeding a child eating solids is an extra 7pps.

    It's in one of the books (sorry not near them to check for u), but not as many points as ud think until ur up into 60mins real sweaty activity lol, ie, 60 mins zumba would be 9pp but 20min moderate walk would be 1pp!!

    I didnt no you could add extra points i dont think i would anyway my thinking is if im eating ok and working out the weight will drop easer.

    i think i heard someone say the 30 day shred to add 3pps il didnt see it in my booklets il have another look.
