How many Hex are you allowed on EE?

Hi all,

ive recently started doing slimming world again and have always followed EE. I've bought a book online that states you can have 1or 2 hex A and hex B per day... I've always just had one..... Could someone please clarify for me??

Just one of each now.

On Extra easy you have one A and one B a day. Green and Original Plans have the option of 2 of each a day

The book you have bought must be an old one and refer only to the red/green plans where you can choose from either 1 or 2 HEAs and 2 HEBs
