HOW MANY OF US EXERCISE

Hi, I do 8 classes a week at gym but have done these for the past year so it wasn't too difficult carrying on although i nearly fell off my step on day 2 of SS! I do a mixture of combat, body pump, step and aerobics. I've found its really helped tone up my legs and the dreaded bingo wings :( It's actually great for keeping me busy in the evenings as well so i'm not tempted to eat which is a god send as that's my worse time x
 
Ooohh - sorry should have added, resistance training = weights.
If you have been advised against doing weights, I would steer clear until you have been told you can do them.

Fingers crossed the exercise helps shift the extra baggage!!

i dont think i could exersise i did post a thread but i have lost it but does anyone else find that they fill floaty at times i have just come off lipotrim where i was on 450 cals and have just found out that because of my hight i should be on more. but i after 10 days and 13 pound lighter i still feel floaty and light headed HELP does any one else get this or got it
