Hi, I do 8 classes a week at gym but have done these for the past year so it wasn't too difficult carrying on although i nearly fell off my step on day 2 of SS! I do a mixture of combat, body pump, step and aerobics. I've found its really helped tone up my legs and the dreaded bingo wings It's actually great for keeping me busy in the evenings as well so i'm not tempted to eat which is a god send as that's my worse time x
