How many people have diet coke?

Just wondered how many of you allow your self a coke zero, or tesco diet coke? and does it make a difference to your losses?

I tend to have one can or bottle a day, It's my "treat" I don't like tea or coffe, so I appreciate the caffeine kick too!
So far my weight loss has been steady, appart from totm, it really slows then.
Do you think I should avoid, to loose more?

I have either a can of coke zero or dr. pepper zero as a treat probably twice a week (not in the first 2 weeks tho!). Its done me no harm, i've always stayed in ketosis and my losses have been good to date (apart from week 4 - and no cans that week!).

Its entirely up to you but everyone is different......

I have a can of coke zero a day sometimes two.

If I'm in the pub I have diet coke no ice and no lemon. It doesnt kick me out of keytosis.

I sometimes have the dr.pepper or tesco coke..sometimes i just want "something"

I have the Tesco one but only maybe 2-3 cans a week. I used to drink about 2l a DAY!! I don't know if it is affecting my losses but I'm happy with what I've lost so far. It can make me feel a bit hungry but so does sparkling water - and its not an unbearable hunger. I just need something different sometimes.

Seriously, you know my view.... if its keeping you on track, and you are not overdoing it, then fine.

On CD you are allowed zero coke but only 1pint a day .I have one can everyday and have to say that I dont believe its made much difference to my loss I was lossing 21 lb a month very happy with that .
I understood that Diet Coke was an absolute no no because of citric acid but then told the Coke Zero in smallish quantities was okay. I had one last Friday night to celebrate the weekend as we would normally have a drink(s) on "the end of the week" I had one can split between 2 wine glasses and it made me think I was having something different. IMHO it is good to have to lightened up with once in a while.
