How many pounds, and when to weigh yourself

There is no 'best' time of day to get weighed, although you will weigh less in the mornings, this is artificial as you will not have eaten or drunk anything. Even so, some people prefer this psychologically.

What you do need to do is to weigh once a week, at the same time of day each time. This is because your weight will fluctuate throughout the day and also on a day by day basis as well.

1lb a week is a good steady weightloss hun :) just think of it as the quicker you lose it, the easier it is to put it back on! I'm pretty sure 2lbs is the top end of what a person should lose on WW per week, so 1lb is good going!

So if you are losing 1lb a week, in the long run it's better as it will be easier to maintain it. Plus have you SEEN/felt how much a 1lb of fat is!! Its A LOT! Congrats on losing that every week, its fab!!
