How many pro points do you think i would get

Hi I am thinking of having a go a weight watchers again. I have bounced between SW and WW for a number of years. Have got the magazine but just wondered if there is anyway of finding out how many propoints i would get a week without paying the fee to join online. If it doesnt look a lot i will go back to SW as most of the stuff i like to eat on there is free food.
I am 5'6" tall and weight 15st 12lb.
