how many propoints in this plz

    Am new to propoints this week and have just bought some spelga yoghurts by Dale Farm, the info on the pk is per 100g
    protein- 4.3
    carbs- 19.3
    fat - 1.2
    fibre- 0.1
    and each pot is 125g, I worked out that 100g is 3 pp but would you add an extra pp for the other 25g.
