Not really, no. you should try not to go below 5 a day and you can go up to 15. Some people find that they lose more by having more Syns!

I'll get to grips with it eventually it's just all a bit confusing to start with!

Can you save them up to spend once a week or will that mess up my losing?

It's a bit of a sticking point really as some SWC's say you can't carry them over but we are told we can use them daily or weekly as long as we don't carry them over to another week. I always use them weekly and it's never had a detrimental effect so use them however you find suits you best

i aim for 10 syns a day - 70 syns a week, if i have a big night out ill try and reduce my syns throughout the week to counterbalance. your a similar weight to when i started and have a similar target. if you start out with to few syns then you have nothing to cut back on if you find your not loosing so try starting at 10 and see how you go
