Just wondering what do you guys put for a syn if using a dash of milk in tea/coffee and using your hex A on something else?

It seems to vary my consultant says half a syn but I've seen others on here counting 1syn per dash?

    thanks :)

I usually use my milk for my hexa but if I don't I count it as 1 syn. It depends what milk you drink. It's half a syn for skimmed milk and 1 syn for semi skimmed. Not sure for full fat milk.

I use semi skimmed so I better start counting 1 syn per dash! Had only been counting half a syn!

    Thanks for that :)

I drink a fair amount of tea and coffee so I use 100ml of skimmed for 2syns- measure it out in the morning!

I think its then 2.5 or 3 syns for 100ml semi skimmed and either 3 or 4 syns for 100ml whole milk ( but im not 100% because I only have skimmed).
